Do bedrooms have bathroom facility inside the room?

We do not have ensuite bathroom at The Pod Sydney. All showers and toilets are shared with other guests.

The Pod Sydney has 8 showers and 8 toilets to occupy people in 10 rooms.

Do you have a curfew?

The Pod Sydney does not have a curfew, but there will be a time when the reception and entrance door is closed.

Entrance doors are closed for security purpose, so you may have to use your room keycard to open it. Please scan your room keycard at the card reader designated on the wall to open the door.

Please be respectful to other guests when come back late at night. No one like to be disturb when they are sleeping.

Do we have internet access at The Pod Sydney?

We have free Wi-Fi access throughout The Pod Sydney.

Free Wi-Fi access is available 24 hours and there is guest computer free to use as well.

Do you have any food/drink facilities?

We provide free coffee and biscuit in the kitchen area. Vending machine is available on site 24 hours for guests to buy snack and drinks

On level 1 we have food/drink available at the bar call Mr.B Hotel. Please feel free to enjoy drinks and foods at Mr.B from 11am – 3am daily.

Do you have a washing machine?

We have two washing machines and dryers available at The Pod Sydney.

Washing is $4 for each load

Drying is $4 for each load

Washing power is free of charge

Also, we have iron board available inside the Laundry room as well. Please ask reception if you need to borrow the iron.

Do we have personal locker storage where I can keep my belonging?

The Pod Sydney provides lockers in every room except for Double/Twin room to store your valuables inside.

Lockers locking system is padlock fitting, so you will require using padlock to lock your locker.

Locker design is traditional two tier lockers. The locker size is as following:

Locker Size = 600mm Wide*500mm Deep*900mm Height (mm = millimeter)

What time is the check-in / check-out?

Front Desk opening hours start from 9:00am to 11:00pm everyday at The Pod Sydney.

The check-in time start at 2:00pm to 11:00pm everyday.

The early check-in is subject of availability on your arrival day.

The check-out time is at 11am and you may check-out at anytime before 11am.

If you have to check-out before 9:00am, then inform the front desk and we will instruct you where to leave your keycard.

Can we leave our luggage before I check-in / after I check-out?

You may leave your luggage with us at luggage storeroom free of charge on the day of check-in and day of check-out.

Front Desk opening hours start from 9:00am to 11:00pm everyday. These are period of times you could leave your luggage with us on check-in and check-out day.

Please make sure you are back to check-in and grab your room key before front desk is close.

Do I have to bring my own towels? Do we provides all bedding items?

Everything at The Pod Sydney is all included in the price that you are paying. These include:

We have hairdryers and irons that can be borrow at the front desk at any time. Please feel free to ask us for any requests.

All room types include air-conditioner, Wi-Fi, personal bedside light, free linen, and free towels. All beds are equipped with comfortable memory foam mattresses (except sofa beds). Bathrooms and showers are shared.
