1. Accommodation is prepaid upon arrival

2. No refund for early check out

3. Australia Photo ID or Passpart must be given to staff upon check-in

4. Credit card information must be given to staff upon check-in

5. Violent, abusive or noisy guests will be evict without refund

6. Any guests that fails to comply by the rules will be dealt with the manager and may at the discretion of the reception staff, be required to vacate the premises.

7. Check in after 11pm will need to inform in advanced. Please be advice of times upon arrival after 11pm by sending us email to service@thepodsydney.com.au

8. Please contact The Pod Sydney about group booking if you are booking for a group of 7 people or more. Email to groupbook@thepodsydney.com.au for any enquiry regarding of group booking.

Payment Policy

** Sydney Central Inn will not make any charges to your credit card when making an online booking. You will be required to pay the full amount at check-in. Your credit card details are obtained to secure your reservation only **

** All guests are required to present valid photo identification upon checking-in. Sydney Central Inn will accept a Drivers License or Passport only. Guests without valid photo ID will not be permitted to check-in **

** Reservations with invalid credit cards may be cancelled by the property, if the guests fail to provide another valid credit card information within 24 hours after notification **

** Please note that there is a surcharge when you pay with any bank cards. There will be no charge if you pay by cash **

Cancellation Policy

72 hour cancellation policy:

- All bookings cancelled at least 72 hours prior to check-in will not be charged.

- Bookings cancelled less than 72 hours prior to check-in will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one nights accommodation.

No show guest:

In case of no show guest, there will be charge of amounts equivalent to whole
amounts of the booking make by guests
